Yes. Every cleaner has a current National Police Check and a registered ABN, and has been interviewed or completed a trial clean with us before taking bookings.

Tell us within 24 hours of your clean and we'll arrange for those areas to be re-cleaned within 48 hours, at no extra cost.

Every clean happens within a 4-hour cleaning window, for example 8am to 12pm. Your cleaner arrives and finishes within that window, so your day stays predictable. Larger deep and End-of-Lease cleans are usually done by two cleaners within your window. If only your chosen cleaner is available, they'll do it alone and may need longer. We'll confirm the timing with you.

Yes. End-of-Lease Cleaning is a detailed whole-home clean designed to leave your property fresh, clean and ready for handover. Prices are fixed by bedrooms and bathrooms, from $299. Inside the oven, fridge, cupboards and drawers, internal window glass and window tracks where accessible are all included.

Yes, and it costs less. Your first clean is at the one-off price, then every weekly clean is 20% off and every fortnightly clean is 15% off. For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Standard Clean that's $269 for the first clean, then $215 a clean weekly or $229 fortnightly. The discount applies to the cleaning price of Standard Cleans. No lock-in: skip a clean or stop anytime with 24 hours' notice.

A $50 deposit secures your booking, paid securely through Stripe. An invoice for the remaining balance is sent once we email to confirm your booking. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your cleaning window.

Your payment is held securely by Cleaner Today and isn't released to your cleaner until your clean is complete and you've had 24 hours to review it. If something isn't right, tell us within that time and we'll arrange a re-clean within 48 hours at no extra cost.
