Tell us within 24 hours of your clean and we'll arrange for those areas to be re-cleaned within 48 hours, at no extra cost.
A 4-hour cleaning window
Choose a morning (8am to 12pm) or afternoon (1pm to 5pm) window. Your cleaner arrives and finishes within that window, so your day stays predictable.

How much does End-of-Lease Cleaning cost?
Prices are fixed by bedrooms and bathrooms, from $299 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. For example, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is $369 and a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is $469.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?
No. Carpet steam cleaning can be added as an extra when you book, at $40 per room.
Can you guarantee I'll get my bond back?
We can't promise the outcome of your inspection, because that depends on the property and your agent or landlord. Every clean follows the full checklist, and if you're not happy with any part of it, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean those areas within 48 hours at no extra cost.
Does the property need to be empty?
It's best if you've moved out first, so every cupboard, drawer and floor can be cleaned. Please keep the power and water connected until the clean is finished.
How long does it take?
End-of-Lease Cleaning is usually done by two cleaners who arrive and finish within your 4-hour cleaning window, and bring their own equipment. If only your chosen cleaner is available, they'll do it alone and may need longer. We'll confirm the timing with you.
